Meet the Team
On Wednesday 6th November 2024 between 3.30pm and 7pm, we will host a public drop in event to ‘Meet the Team’ at the Manchester Communication Academy Secondary School. This is an informal event where you can meet the design team and tell us about what it is like to live in the local area. On the day, attendees will be able to ask questions directly to the design team, follow the information boards and share their thoughts and experiences through relevant prompts and activities.

Consultation Boards
What happens next?
Thank you for taking the time to read about our thoughts for Monsall. Our ‘Meet the Team’ consultation will close on Wednesday 20th November 2024. All comments will be taken into account by the design team as the design for the proposals develops.
We are also asking local residents to apply to join the Community Design Panel consisting of 10-12 local people who wish to share their input into the designs as they develop. The Community Design Panel will meet three times between November 2024 and March 2025. Each meeting will be 2hrs long and take place between 5.30pm and 7.30pm at the Turkey Lane and Monsall Neighbourhood Centre. Please sign up by emailing info@zcdarchitects.co.uk.
Another drop-in Public Consultation session will take place in February/March 2025 and will be where the design team to shares how the proposals may look and feel and report on the progress of the Community Design Panel. This consultation will be another opportunity for you to make comments on the design prior to the submission of any planning application.
