Meet the Team
On Tuesday 5th November 2024 between 3.30pm and 7pm, we will host a public drop in event to ‘Meet the Team’ at the Longsight and District Sports and Social Club. This is an informal event where you can meet the design team and tell us about what it is like to live in the local area. On the day, attendees will be able to ask questions directly to the design team, follow the information boards and share their thoughts and experiences through relevant prompts and activities.

What happens next?
Thank you for taking the time to engage with us on these proposals. Our ‘Meet the Team’ consultation will close on Wednesday 20th November. All comments will be taken into account by the design team as the proposals evolve.
We are recruiting a Youth Design Panel from the local school who wish to share their input into the designs as they develop. The Youth Design Panel will meet two times between November 2024 and January 2025 and together will help shape the scheme as it progresses.
Following these Youth Panel Sessions, another drop-in Public Consultation session will take place in February/March 2025 and will offer an opportunity for the team to share our thoughts for the development and report on the progress of the Youth Design Panel. This consultation will be another opportunity for you to make comments on our design prior to the submission of any planning application.
