We offer flexible lengths of tenancies depending on your needs, with a minimum tenancy of 6 months.

Our rental values will be set when we launch this summer and there will be a blend of great value, high quality homes. What’s more, a minimum of 20 per cent of the homes will be available at the Manchester Living Rent.

And we’re as invested in you staying with us as you are, so we will be totally transparent about your rental agreement. That means clear communication, no sudden increases and fair, market-tested rents from day one and for the long term.

Yes! Residents have the opportunity to make use of the brand new, state of the art Mobility Hub a short stroll from your front door and through the Green.
